Project, Change and Engagement
You will help to govern project pipeline, handles businesses’ needs, and Technology Group’s communication, and engagement effort globally.

What will you do as a AVP/VP, Change and Engagement Lead?

  • Develop engagement related impact assessments and risk mitigation strategies to guide technology stakeholders on communicating new and changing technologies.
  • Partner with key Technology stakeholders to develop materials required to inform and / or educate the firm and key stakeholders on changing or new technologies 
  • Develop materials and communications supporting Tech Groups events, and regular engagement touchpoints 
  • Design execution plans to ensure engagement and adoption of new products and Technology
  • Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop counter strategies
  • Lead, plan, promote and operationalize Tech related virtual and physical events
  • Work across departments to plan, organise and operationalize engaging events
  • Lead and organise initiatives that support our people engagement agenda 
  • Support the publication of content across our digital channels e.g., Yammer, SharePoint etc.
  • Design and develop publications to create awareness and provide clarity on Tech related content
  • Liaise and engage with internal and external teams and vendors (catering, logistics, rooms, furniture arrangements as needed for key events) and maintain the relationships to ensure consistent quality of service
  • Manage all logistical communication to respective stakeholders 
  • Provide leadership and guidance within the Director’s Office activities, as needed

 

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

  • Experienced in managing projects from creative inception to operationalization.
  • Experience in developing communications that adequately inform and detail changes or new technologies in a meaningful and targeted manner.
  • Knowledge/understanding of Change Management methodology to develop and implement project communications
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence working with senior leadership.
  • Confident self-starter with the ability to partner well with key stakeholders to drive results.
  • Relevant exposure or experience in Technology.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude to work to tight deadlines
  • A dynamic team player and confident contributor
