We deploy long-term capital through direct, and fund investments across the capital structure to diversify our portfolio.
We are looking for an Associate to support on consistent portfolio reporting, analytics, data management, knowledge management and process/platform enhancement support across the Infrastructure team globally.
Responsibilities:
Internal asset management and portfolio monitoring reporting and analytics

Prepare and coordinate the contents and processes for the Portfolio Management Committees (Equities, Fund, Debts) and other senior management forums, including performance reporting, analysis on portfolio leverage yield profile and other metrics

Responsible for various internal portfolio reporting and analytics (e.g. portfolio asset operational performance reporting, fund managers metrics, credit metrics,)

Perform regular and ad-hoc analysis on business operating and portfolio data/information
Infrastructure business operating and portfolio data management

Work with Investment Services Data team to enhance, implement and maintain a high standard data collection, ingestion, and data quality assurance process

Maintain and update portfolio data templates for data requests and data ingestions.

Monitor quality of INFRA dashboards and support asset managers to ensure asset data and analytics are up-to-date on our internal database and reporting system
Projects and platforms

Liaise with internal stakeholders and cross-functions globally to ensure smooth execution of various Infrastructure group specific or wider GIC corporate system projects

Collaborate with Technology Groups to (1) develop new tools to continuously automate, digitalize and improve current processes (2) Effectively capture business requirements to enhance current reporting & analytics dashboard supporting data-driven business decisions

As business conduit on business and data management platforms’ related matter including but not limited to business requirements capturing, project management and user trainings
Knowledge Management

Support to build and manage the Knowledge Management platform.

Manage Knowledge Management platform, ensure regular update, effective organisation and communication of INFRA’s knowledge resources and quality control of materials

Requirements:
-
Finance/reporting/mid-office background with at least 2-3 years of prior experience in Investment, Banking or Accounting firms.

Proficiency in SharePoint, knowledge management, and IT development is advantageous
-
Some experience in infrastructure and/or asset management a plus

Detail oriented with strong data analytics, reporting and financial literacy. Keen interest in IT and data solutions’ projects

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
-
Proactive, self-motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
-
A good team player, collaborates well with various internal stakeholders globally
-
Experience in managing databases, analyses, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, VBA and/or Tableau
