We drive GIC’s talent strategies and shape the organizational culture to sustain GIC’s long-term performance.

 

We are looking for an Analyst to join our New York office supporting Talent Acquisition operations for the Americas region. Please note that this will be a 1-year assignment.
 

What will you do as a TA Operations Analyst?

  • Provide Talent Acquisition support to a team of recruiters, including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, managing external job postings, and administering case studies.

  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders and act as the critical liaison between the TA team, hiring managers, candidates, executive assistants, and external agencies to address queries related to established talent acquisition policies and procedures.

  • Handle confidential candidate documents as part of the onboarding process.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and recruitment data in HROD’s applicant tracking system.

  • Support other HR processes such as Mobility, Onboarding, and other related projects as needed.

  • Collaborate with US- and Singapore-based HR teams to identify and implement process changes when necessary.

 

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

  • 2-4 years of experience in supporting high volume and complex recruitment activities, preferably in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Proven track record in project coordination; demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to leverage tools and technologies to prioritize tasks.

  • Good problem-solving skills, initiative, agility, and resourcefulness.

  • Willingness to work and collaborate with colleagues across different time zones.

  • A self-driven and hands-on team player, with a positive “can do” attitude and strong customer-service mindset.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Strong follow-through and ownership over tasks and issues.

  • Proven working knowledge of MS Office.

  • Prior experience in a HR shared services team and/ or with applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors is a plus.

Compensation

Our compensation philosophy reflects several principles. We strive to provide a competitive compensation package to attract and retain talent globally. We pay for performance, and reward sustainable results.

 

Total pay for this position comprises base pay and bonus. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $85,000.  Bonuses, which may form a meaningful proportion of the total pay package, are determined based on company and individual performance.
