Our team employs a broad range of investment strategies that span macro, credit, and quantitative investing, including multi-asset, benchmark-agnostic, constrained, indexed, and thematic strategies.

 

What impact can you make in this role?
The Portfolio Services team works closely with Portfolio Managers and Investment Analysts to inform, enable, and implement investment strategy execution for Fixed Income & Multi Asset (FIMA) globally. The team actively monitors portfolios and investments, while building relationships with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and provide scalable reporting and investment insights. A key aspect of the role requires ensuring the investment activities and decisions of Portfolio Managers adhere to regulatory requirements, as well as client mandates and internal guidelines. 

 

Responsibilities
What will you do as an Associate in the Portfolio Services team?
•    Provide order/trade management support for Portfolio Managers, including efficient order preparation, and observing relevant governance, regulatory & compliance requirements.
•    Produce reports and analysis in support of portfolio management needs, including building exposure, risk & performance reports/dashboards.
•    Proactively assess potential process improvements to drive efficiency gains, speed to market, and operational risk mitigation.
•    Align with corporate functional support teams (including operations, risk, technology, tax, trading, audit, legal and compliance) to embed external regulatory and internal policy guidelines into relevant investment and business processes and coordinate deal closing.
•    Flag operational risk areas and run controls and monitoring mechanisms.
•    Provide strategy execution support including new strategy and portfolio setup and amendment, reflecting benchmark changes.
•    Provide ad hoc support to Portfolio Managers across Fixed Income and Equities

 

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following competencies and attributes:
•    Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in financial services.
•    Experience in trade lifecycle, operations and/or finance is preferred.
•    Knowledge of and interest in global markets, including fixed income and equity products.
•    Strong team player with good interpersonal, communications, and analytical skills.
•    Ability to lead initiatives to strengthen investment and operational capabilities.
•    Self-starter who is hands-on and comfortable to manage multiple tasks, confident to manage different stakeholders and prioritization of needs. 
•    Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency, and is resilient.

Compensation
Our compensation philosophy reflects several principles. We strive to provide a competitive compensation package to attract and retain talent globally. We pay for performance, and reward sustainable results.


Total pay for this position comprises base pay and bonus. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $112,000 and $150,000.  Bonuses, which may form a meaningful proportion of the total pay package, are determined based on company and individual performance.
