Infrastructure
We deploy long-term capital through direct investments, fund investments, and co-investments. This is done across the capital structure and across all sub-segments of infrastructure to help build a strong and diversified portfolio.
What impact can you make in this role?
You will be part of a team that invests into infrastructure companies with stable and predictable cash flows, long-term inflation protection and reasonable risk-adjusted returns. You will provide administrative support to Department leaders and other New York based Infrastructure team members and be working collaboratively with the other New York Infrastructure administrative support, the broader GIC New York office, and the Global Infrastructure team.
What you will do as an Executive Assistant?
Provide comprehensive administrative support for a group of financial services team members, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones (Europe and Asia) including related responsibilities: setting up conference call dial-ins, conference room reservations, ordering lunches, printing meeting materials.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel (flight, hotel and transportation).
- Proactively managing schedules to anticipate conflicts and changes.
- Completing expense reports for travel and expense reimbursement in accordance with company policy via Concur.
- Coordinating and interfacing with Singapore based Headquarters functions and administration staff
- Supporting projects and team initiatives such as recruiting, event coordination, and market research.
What makes you a successful candidate?
- A bachelor’s degree with a good GPA.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience, preferably with a financial services or other professional services firm supporting more than one executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, effectively handle calendar conflicts and proactively manage schedule changes.
- Comfortable to juggle multiple stakeholders with various and sometimes competing demand styles
- Adapt quickly to changes in travel and events scheduling, exhibiting creative problem-solving skills and a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Interest to work and thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Confidence to balance multiple priorities by considering context, urgency, and importance.
- Strong MS Outlook skills and capacity to quickly adapt to various technologies, including platforms relating to video conferencing (incl. Zoom, Teams), electronic signatures (DocuSign), expense reports (Concur), SharePoint and compliance.
- Comfortable working independently on activities in which instructions, practices, and procedures may require some interpretation, while enjoying being part of a team.
- Self-starter, proactive approach to providing exceptional service with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to show discretion and handle confidential, sensitive information.
- Experience to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Compensation
Our compensation philosophy reflects several principles. We strive to provide a competitive compensation package to attract and retain talent globally. We pay for performance, and reward sustainable results. Total pay for this position comprises base pay and bonus. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $83,000 and $120,000. Bonuses, which may form a meaningful proportion of the total pay package, are determined based on company and individual performance.
