We were an early entrant among institutional investors in real estate including traditional private real estate (brick-and-mortar assets), public equities, real estate investment trusts, and real estate-related debt instruments.

You will invest with scale across sectors, regions, and capital stack to generate alpha through our in-house investment, and asset management capabilities.

You will be part of a team that ranks among the top global real estate investment firms, and handles a multi-billion-dollar Real Estate portfolio globally.
What will you do as an Analyst/Associate?
•Assist with evaluating, underwriting, and closing real estate transactions in Korea across the capital structure (private, public equity and debt)
•Take on a primary role in financial modelling and analysis (including understanding financing, structuring, and tax issues)
•Assist in conducting market research and due diligence to build conviction on a sector or investment theme
•Assist in the preparation of approval papers for submission to Senior Investment staff
•Participate in the management and oversight of a multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio, which involves developing any asset enhancement plans, executing the business plans, being the point-of-contact with external partners, etc.
•Opportunity to participate in various strategy meetings at the regional and/ or global GIC Real Estate portfolio level and support the team in preparing any relevant materials
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
•Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in investment management. Exposure to the Korea real estate investing market will be advantageous.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to details and be able to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, generate ideas and execute solutions
•Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles and ability to run financial feasibilities/ scenarios
•Strong communication skills with partners, service providers and team members across functions
•Possess intellectual curiosity to explore new strategies and solutions to enhance property value and performance
•Good team player with the ability to be self-directed and work independently
•Bilingual in Korean and English.
