What impact can you make in this role?
We are looking for potential talents to join our Technology Group as an Assoc/AVP, Business Analyst with a focus on Enterprise Service Management (ESM) products and the ServiceNow platform in Digital Enterprise Solutions.
What will you do as a Business Analyst?
- Serve as a key product owner, understanding the design principles, roadmap, and feature set of SaaS and custom-built applications to enhance capabilities within Digital Enterprise Solutions.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions that ensure seamless implementation of features and integrations across custom-built, hybrid, and SaaS platforms.
- Leverage a deep understanding of SaaS platform capabilities to guide the phased adoption of new features, focusing on user enablement, process optimization, and long-term sustainability.
- Contribute to platform-level decisions on architecture, security, and integration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with technology best practices and business requirements.
- Assist in managing the full product lifecycle by prioritizing features and tasks for products and platforms, tracking progress, reviewing product direction regularly, and measuring product performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform enhancements, evaluating potential impacts or opportunities and incorporating them into continuous improvement plans for the platform.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including but not limited to product specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
- Act as a product evangelist to promote awareness and understanding across users and teams.
What makes you a successful candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product development, software development, or IT project delivery.
- Proven ability to assess and support platform implementation, balancing technical constraints with business requirements.
- Familiarity with IT governance, security requirements, and best practices for managing enterprise platforms.
- Working knowledge of application management, including incident management, capacity planning, cost and licensing management, and vendor coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders with product objectives while maintaining clear and well‑structured documentation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making to translate technical challenges into actionable steps aligned with business needs
