Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office
The COO Office supports our COO to streamline operations and align them with strategic goals. You will work with the COO, Heads of Departments, and stakeholders across GIC to achieve operational excellence.
Cyber Security, Information & Technology Risk Management
You will be a part of an independent risk management function to protect the firm’s information technology assets, including business data, from external threats and operational risks, and to facilitate the firm’s digitalisation journey in a secure manner.

What will you do as a AVP, Identity and Access Management?
The IGA Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance aspects of our identity and access management (IAM) program. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that access controls are effectively implemented and maintained, aligning with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete identity lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely user account provisioning, updates, and de-provisioning for all employees, contractors, and third-party users.
- Access Governance: Develop and maintain access policies, conduct regular reviews and audits for compliance, and promptly address access control issues.
- Role Lifecycle Management:
- Design and implement RBAC models, define and maintain roles based on job functions, and regularly update them to reflect organizational changes
- Ensure role assignments follow the least privilege principle and collaborate with HR and managers for accurate role assignments during onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
- Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, support internal and external audits, and maintain detailed documentation and audit trails of access management activities.
- IAM Tools and Technologies: Administer and maintain IAM tools and technologies, and collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Incident Response: Participate in identity and access management incident responses, and investigate and resolve access-related security incidents and anomalies.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in other related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of Cyber Security experience with at least 3 years in Identity and Access Management
- CISSP, CIAM or similar professional certifications will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance and “Least Privileged” access management methodology
- Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, RSA)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to IAM (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge and exposure in the following areas are essential
- Microsoft Active Directory, database and UNIX
- Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Privileged access management
- Ability to develop SQL scripts to retrieve data for BAU work
- Experience in financial services industry is preferred.
