Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Business Analyst (Digital Enterprise Solutions – ESM program)

As a skilled Business Analyst who supports the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform, you will be able to:

 

Business Analysis:

  • Document product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they align with business needs
  • Analyze business requirements, interdependencies, risks, and benefits to recommend appropriate prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are developed first, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development, release schedule, and future enhancements of the product
  • Verify product solutions based on business requirements to ensure it is fit-for-purpose

 

Project Management:

  • Coordinate with delivery teams for timely product development
  • Leverage JIRA boards, epics, stories and backlogs for status updates, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews

 

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with internal SMEs and business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, validate ideas, focusing on user experience/satisfaction
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, non-technical language
  • Engage Delivery Leads, Engineers, and vendor teams to implement product features aligned with business requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration, including delivery, design, infrastructure, security, support, and vendor teams

 

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: 

  • Monitors and analyzes product for continuous improvements and enhancements
  • Assist in the developing and tracking OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for products
  • Analyze product performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Continuously gather feedback and iterate on the product to enhance its value and address business needs
  • Collaborate with support teams to address product-related issues and ensure business satisfaction
  • Establish a feedback loop with business to gather insights and inform future product development
  • Work with vendors to manage day to day operations to meet SLA and business expectations

 

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze and review current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Design and implement optimized workflows and processes within the ESM platform

 

Technical Proficiencies: 

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to interpret data and guide product strategy
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and ability to communicate technical requirements with engineering teams


What makes you a successful candidate?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on ESM platform delivery e.g., platforms such as ServiceNow, Atlassian, or BMC with capabilities such as ITSM, HR, Workplace Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, IT Security Operations etc
  • Ability to quickly prototype and translate ideas into effective business solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in implementing and supporting ESM platform solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ESM products and emerging tech trends
  • Strong understanding of corporate services processes, operations, and best practices
  • Experience with project delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills serving as the vital link between business users and IT
  • Familiarity with corporate services business domains such as HR, Finance, IT, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Corporate Communications, IT Security Operations, Workplace Management and Business Continuity Management etc
  • ESM product certification (ServiceNow, Atlassian, or BMC) is advantageous
  • Financial industry experience is a plus
