We are looking for a suitable candidate for the role of AVP, Senior Specialist, Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role drive governance controls, reporting, monitoring, and processes around identity lifecycle management, access management and access recertification.




  • Collaborate and monitor the activities of a variety of IAM-related projects and initiatives.
  • Responsible for documenting and communicating IAM services, capabilities, policies and procedures to key IAM stakeholders and consumers.
  • Track and manage the controls and processes around user access rights.
  • Define/improve access modelling methodologies (e.g. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), coarse-grained vs fine-grained roles)
  • Track and manage Segregation of Duties and other IAM compliance related activities
  • Attend to access rights related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and front internal and external IT audits on access right related areas.
  • Respond to IAM related security incidents.




  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in other related field of study.
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of Cyber Security experience with at least 3 years in Identity and Access Management
  • CISSP, CISM, CIAM or similar professional certifications will be advantageous
  • Knowledge and exposure in the following areas are preferred


                     - Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure

                     - Privileged access management

                     - Information Security Risk

                     - IT Risk Management

                     - Zero trust framework


  • Must be familiar with the concept of “Least Privileged” access management methodology.
  • Must be familiar with IAM associated risks for a typical enterprise and business applications.
  • Must have knowledge of risks associated with non-compliance to Segregation of Duties.
  • Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset with intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and proactive solutions.
  • Desire to work in a diverse environment interacting with various teams and functions to support strategic goals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences, both oral and written is required.
  • Experience in financial services industry is preferred.
