Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Business Analyst?
This role in the Digital Enterprise Solutions team will initially focus on Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement, Business Continuity, Workplace Security, Workplace Management, Business Travel and Enterprise Solutions. This functional area supports the following business user groups:
- Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement users cover sourcing, procurement, vendor and 3rd party risk management, travel management and market data management
- Workplace business users cover workplace/facilities management, corporate sustainability, workplace wellness, digital workplace solutions, building security and business continuity management
- Enterprise Solutions business users cover project and knowledge management
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and needs, managing expectations and ensuring technology projects deliver intended value
- Project Oversight: Assist in the oversight of technology projects, ensuring they align with business priorities and contribute to overall strategic goals. Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
- Business Requirements: Learn and understand business processes, collect requirements, and create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including but not limited to product specifications, wireframes, and user stories
- Change Management: Drive the need for thoughtful change management efforts ensuring that technology changes are managed effectively for optimal adoption
- Budget Management: Support the strategic planning and budgeting process for the area, monitoring expenditures to promote financial discipline and accountability
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and best practices, recommending improvements to tech processes that drive innovation and efficiency
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of technology initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, e.g. infrastructure, security, and engineering, to ensure alignment, support and delivery of technology initiatives, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to solve problems and implement changes, ensuring alignment with product objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Feedback Loop: Establish feedback mechanisms with technology domains to continuously gather insights on project performance and stakeholder satisfaction, driving iterative improvements
What makes you a successful candidate?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in IT project management, software development, business analysis, and product management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven project, stakeholder, and vendor management perspective
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira)
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of a successful product or platform throughout its lifecycle.
- Excellent knowledge in enterprise domain, with experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications.
- A good team player who is keen to learn, independent, and possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with product management principles, including the ability to own a product, understand outcomes, use data to drive actions and recommendations, and gather user insights would be preferable.
- Experience with cloud-based Corporate Administration, Workplace Management, and Enterprise Solutions systems and emerging tech trends is preferred
- Ability to quickly prototype and translate ideas into effective business solutions
