We are looking for an AVP/VP, Cloud Team Lead to join our Infrastructure and Operations team within TG.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, manage and administer servers and services in an enterprise hybrid cloud environment
  • Manage projects which include planning, scheduling, coordinating and providing solutions
  • Lead in application and infra projects and provide technical advice
  • Plan and participate in disaster recovery tests and exercises
  • Manage team in ensuring systems availability, performance and resource capacity
  • Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operational procedures
  • Ensure team compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures
  • Lead team to automate daily operational tasks to improve efficiency using tools or scripts
  • Respond and manage incident escalations
  • Work closely with various IT operations teams to support and troubleshoot problems and issues
  • Manage team members on recruitment, training and coaching matters. Communicate job expectations and appraise their performance
  • Manage and build team capabilities in areas of L3 consulting team skill sets
  • After office hours and weekend support is expected

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in windows server administration, preferably in financial services or investment banking industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) exposures.
  • Familiar with Microsoft SCCM, SCOM and VMware ESX.
  • Proven exposures and experience in vendor management.
  • Ability to handle and manage multiple BAU tasks and project works.
  • A good team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast moving pace environment.
  • Possesses strong analytical, good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
