What impact can you make in this role?
You will be empowered to be at the top of your game by providing strategic partnership, and innovative technology solutions that supports GIC’s vision of being a tech-driven, global, long-term investment firm.

What will you do as a Project Manager?

This role sits within the Digital Enterprise Solutions team, which is driving a large, multi‑year program called Enterprise Service Management (ESM) — a strategic initiative to modernise and unify service delivery across GIC’s corporate functions.

As a Project Manager you will look across the ESM program to ensure that technology implementations are not only delivered successfully but also adopted effectively across the organisation.
You will bring strong Organisational Change Management (OCM) expertise — focused on enabling people, process, and behavioral change in technology transformation.

  • Lead project delivery and change management across the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) program, ensuring alignment of technology rollout and organisational readiness.
  • Develop and execute OCM strategies to support adoption of new service management platforms and processes — including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness planning.
  • Partner with business leaders and functional teams (HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, Corporate Communications, Workplace Management, Security) to identify change impacts and design interventions that drive adoption and behavioural change.
  • Look across the program to ensure consistency in change approach, messaging, and user experience across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, product managers, and vendors to align technical delivery with people‑centric outcomes.
  • Track project and change milestones, manage risks, and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to build awareness, commitment, and capability for new technology solutions.
  • Support post‑implementation hyper‑care and continuous improvement, ensuring sustained adoption and value realisation.

What makes you a successful candidate?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in technology project management, with proven expertise in organisational change management for large‑scale technology programs.
  • Certification in project management (Agile, SAFe, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2) and/or change management (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence and engage diverse audiences across business and technology teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing change across enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, ERP, or similar).
  • Familiarity with corporate services domains (HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, Corporate Communications, Workplace Management, Security).
  • Financial acumen for managing budgets and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A technology‑savvy change leader who can look across a complex program and connect the dots between systems, processes, and people.
  • You bring deep OCM experience — driving user adoption, engagement, and behavioural change in technology transformation.
  • You thrive on enabling collaboration and ensuring that GIC’s Enterprise Service Management program delivers sustainable impact across the organisation.
