We experiment, design, and lead a 24×7 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. We deliver secure, reliable, and integrated solutions, and provide insights on new, and emerging technologies. 

 

Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Project Manager?

You are a seasoned Project Manager leading technology projects within the Digital Enterprise Solutions team, supporting corporate service applications such as HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, Corporate Communications, Workplace Management, and Security. With a proven track record in technology implementations, project management, and change management practices, you possess strong communication skills and a keen sense of delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.

 

  • Project Management:
    • Manage and deliver projects across Corporate Services and the Digital Enterprise Team from inception to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of scope and within budget
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
    • Track progress against milestones and deadlines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope
    • Identify and mitigate project delivery risks that could impact project success
    • Provide regular project status tracking and reporting, communications to internal tech and business stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope effectively
    • Oversee procurement processes related to project needs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies

 

  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with product managers, business users, vendor teams, and change management teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of various projects
    • Lead and manage vendor and delivery resources to ensure they meet project requirements, align with business needs, and that projects are released on time and with good quality
    • Communicate project plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including product managers, business users, and vendor teams

 

  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Work closely with the enterprise architecture, technical infrastructure and engineering teams as needed
    • Analyze and provide constructive feedback on proposed technical solutions if it does not seem aligned with the project requirements
    • Document overall project design and analyze the impact of new requirements

 

  • Operations Management:
    • Maintain and develop process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various projects
    • Lead and manage the operational charge post project delivery, during hyper care period
    • Engage continuously with technical teams, providing iterative feedback to drive continuous improvement after go-live

 


What makes you a successful candidate?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery
  • Certification with one or more project management methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI PMBOK, and PRINCE2)
  • Familiarity with corporate services business domains such as HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, Corporate Communications, Workplace Management and Security
  • Financial skill and knowledge in terms of understanding budgets and reporting
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and communicate status and progress updates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven experience in change management practices and methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition
