Investment Services Private Markets

We manage deal structuring, due diligence and closing. We provide financial operations to GIC’s private equity, infrastructure, and real estate assets, as well as tax structuring, corporate holding structures, valuations, and financial reporting.

 

Finance & Accounting

You will help to provide financial deal due diligence, financial controllership, treasury and funding, valuation management, investment operations, accounting, financial reporting, and special purpose vehicle management for GIC’s investments.

 

What impact can you make in this role?

You will be part of the team that provides investment services on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and cross-strategy investments.

 

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our Finance & Accounting team as an Accounting Associate, Private Markets (1-year contract).

 

What will you do as an Accounting Associate? 

  • Process vendor invoices, and update relevant data and transactions in the accounting and management system
  • Prepare KYC documents of investment holding companies as part of deal closing requirements
  • Corporate secretarial work relating to investment holding companies
  • Prepare bank and security reconciliations

 

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role? 

  • Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
  • At least 2years relevant accounting work experience in the finance, accounting or private equity industry
  • Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, andenjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have practical working experience with accounting software systems
