We drive GIC’s talent strategies, and shape the organisational culture to sustain GIC’s long-term performance.
What impact can you make in this role?
You will join the Employer Brand (EB) team on a 2-year contract positioning GIC as the top-of-mind employer of choice across our 11 offices. Our aim is to deliver a consistent employer brand across channels to convey our compelling employer value proposition for both graduates and experienced hires. We work closely with the business to hone fit-for-purpose messages for targeted populations and collaborate with top creative agencies to deliver impactful content.
What will you do as an Analyst, Employer Brand (Contract)?

Work with the Employer Brand Lead to articulate value proposition and key messages, both visually and in written form.

Continuously evolve our Employer Brand guidebook over time to ensure relevance and coherence.

Help with key Employer Brand processes:
Develop social media calendar
Create weekly social media content
Coordinate paid advertorials, including interview write-ups
Develop event collateral
Create content for GIC.CAREERS
Support employer marketing events
Build and maintain resources on internal SharePoint to help recruiters communicate GIC’s employer brand better.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

1+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, and/or corporate communications.

Good copywriting skills, understanding of social media and Google Analytics.

Strong project management skills to execute projects effectively and efficiently.

Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.

Grit, a can-do spirit, ready to hit the ground running and get things done on brief and on time.

Attention to detail.
