Risk and Performance Management Department
We work collaboratively across teams to help guard against blind spots and ensure that all relevant risks are considered and duly addressed.
Chief Risk Officer's Office
You will be part of a team that is responsible for enabling smooth and efficient operations of the department and providing support to the CRO in his executive level responsibilities. The CRO Office also provides secretariat support to risk management committees.
What will you do in this role?
Business Management
- Support strategic department work initiatives and key projects, including preparation for board-level and management-level risk management committee meetings and senior management presentations.
- Support the collation of inputs and monitoring of business and financial plans including monitoring of key productivity indicators and expenses.
- Contribute to the ideation and rollout of department initiatives.
- Participate in strategic systems or data projects as a department representative.
- Coordinate organisational initiatives across teams, including Business Continuity Management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure business compliance with relevant frameworks, policies and guidelines.
- Support documentation of internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in the planning and organisation of department events, and coordinate departmental activities (e.g., facilities planning, moves etc.).
Risk Awareness Programme Design and Training Material Development
- Participate in the design and implementation of a comprehensive risk awareness programme.
- Design and create training materials that effectively communicate risk management concepts, while ensuring that they are user-friendly and accessible to employees across all levels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Utilise strong UI/UX design skills to enhance the usability and visual appeal of training materials and resources.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in business management and training development. Prior experience in risk management will be viewed favorably.
- Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen to learn and pick up new challenges in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Independent and resourceful.
