  • Manage the development of visual assets, including infographics, videos and other multimedia content, in line with agreed briefs and communication objectives.
  • Manage layout and publication of intranet content, working with stakeholders to ensure articles comply with house style and guidelines.
  • Manage the internal communications calendar, maintaining visibility of upcoming content, campaigns, events and key milestones across global offices.
  • Use channel reach and engagement data to assess effectiveness, identify insights and inform future communications planning.
  • Manage timelines and milestones for owned projects, ensuring timely completion and follow-through.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare concise materials, updates and action tracking in support of owned projects.
  • Leverage AI tools provided to improve content development, project delivery, reporting and employee engagement while applying sound judgement and appropriate safeguards.

  • Experience using or working with content management systems, digital publishing tools, analytics platforms and/or marketing technology is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and proactive, with the ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editorial judgement, curiosity and ability to translate complex information into clear, useful and engaging employee content.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and multiple workstreams, with discretion, sound judgement and the confidence to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Innovative and open to using AI and emerging tools responsibly to improve communications effectiveness and ways of working.
