Technology Group
We experiment, design, and lead a 24×7 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. We deliver secure, reliable, and integrated solutions, and provide insights on new, and emerging technologies.
Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Project Management Officer?
This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
- Steering Committee Meeting Support
- Scheduling & Coordination – Secure Steering Committee members' availability and send invites. Organize pre-Steering Committee meetings (if any) with the working group in the lead up to the meeting
- Logistics Management – Arrange room bookings and set up Zoom, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects are in place
- Meeting Facilitation & Documentation – Track discussions, scribe meeting minutes, and capture key decisions and action items
- Post-Meeting Follow-ups – Circulate draft minutes for internal review, finalize for management, and track action items for follow-up
- Procurement Support
- Procurement Planning & Coordination – Support the Program Manager in defining procurement needs, timelines, and key milestones
- Manage Due Diligence – Assist in obtaining NDAs, raising of due diligence forms for vendor screening, etc
- RFP & Tender Management – Assist in the preparation, issuance, and tracking of RFPs while ensuring compliance with procurement policies
- Vendor Engagement – Act as the primary contact for vendor communications, meeting arrangements, and managed the flow of queries and clarifications
- Procurement Tracking & Reporting – Maintain a central record of procurement activities, tracking vendor selection and correspondences
- RFP Logistics & Coordination
- RFP Planning & Scheduling – Set timelines, and aligned with vendor, and business teams. Arranged venues or virtual platforms for vendor presentations
- Documentation Preparation – Compiled and standardized RFP documents, evaluation criteria, and Q&As, ensuring compliance before distribution
- Vendor Communication – Sent invitations, session details, and NDAs to shortlisted vendors. Tracked responses and queries
- Clarification Sessions – Organized and collate Q&A, ensuring key stakeholders were available to address vendor queries
- Post-Session Follow-ups – Documented key discussions, recording, and clarifications. Distribute materials to relevant parties
What makes you a successful candidate?
- Proven work experience as a Project Management Office or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in managing virtual meeting channels such as Teams and ZOOM
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive with a strong sense of urgency
