Corporate Administration Infrastructure Department
At the Corporate Administration Infrastructure Department (CAID), we strive to provide the best work environment for our employees to enable them to deliver their best performance. As part of the Workplace Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in reinventing our workspaces in our global headquarters and principal overseas offices to support cultural change.
What will you do as a Receptionist?
As a Receptionist in the Workplace Management Team, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation, providing exceptional reception support. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in customer service and administrative functions. This role demands excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain an organized reception area, including managing mail and deliveries
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and enhance workplace efficiency
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software and equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellent service
