We drive GIC’s talent strategies, and shape the organisational culture to sustain GIC’s long-term performance.

 

Talent & Organization Strategy 
You will be part of a team with key mandates that include performance management, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, workforce strategy, employee listening and engagement, organization values and culture, and DEI. 

 

What impact can you make in this role?

You will be responsible for supporting Management and the Board on various initiatives to support the performance, growth and thriving of our employee population. 

 

What will you do as an Associate/AVP, Talent & Organization Strategy?

  • Drive core T&OS activities, including firm-wide performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. 
  • Support workforce strategy and organizational design initiatives through data-driven analysis and scenario planning.
  • Contribute to employee listening and engagement initiatives, translating insights into actionable interventions.
  • Advance GIC’s culture, values, and DEI priorities through targeted programs and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop high-quality presentations, briefing papers, and governance materials for the Board and senior leadership forums.
  • Collaborate closely across HR domains (e.g., HRBP, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition) to ensure integrated, end-to-end people solutions. 

 

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role? 

  • Ideally 2 to 5 years of relevant HR, organizational development, management consulting or program management experience from an industry-leading organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, high-impact materials for executive audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. 
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive topics. 
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Versatility in working along the value chain (from design to change management to events and communications) across a variety of topics
