You will strive to build a high-performance enterprise data infrastructure, and create a results-driven approach with data products.

 

What will you do as a Business Manager?
As a Business Manager at DSG’s Director's office, your role will be diverse and dynamic to support transformation projects and day to day business operations. The individual’s responsibilities include  

  • Support the implementation and tracking of enterprise strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Support day-to-day operations including finance, human resource and marketing 
  • Work with the diverse team members to prepare sharp performance dashboards including project highlights, delivery milestones and progress updates for senior management  
  • Collate and review inputs for project budgets, financial forecast (capex and opex) and business plans
  • Support vendor management, including onboarding, offboarding and overseeing the central database 
  • Maintain the department's sharepoint portal for project documentation and internal/external communication
  • Support the coordination, planning and execution of meetings, forums, retreats, townhalls, and/or internal events

 

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?  

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a business management, project administration or program management office role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Independent and highly motivated team player with a positive work attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Enterprise / change mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with database, big platforms, programming and scripting preferred
