Technology Group
We experiment, design, and lead a 24×7 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. We deliver secure, reliable, and integrated solutions, and provide insights on new, and emerging technologies.
Project, Change and Engagement
You will help to govern project pipeline, handles businesses’ needs, and Technology Group’s communication, and engagement effort globally. You will be managing and supporting the process of implementing new technology or associated processes within GICs Technology departments. This includes assessing the impact of the change on the organization, developing a plan for implementation, and managing the transition minimize disruption and increase adoption.

You will be empowered to be at the top of your game by providing strategic partnership, and innovative technology solutions that supports GIC’s vision of being a tech-driven, global, long-term investment firm.The change management specialist is responsible for ensuring that changes or new technology is integrated smoothly into the organization's existing systems and processes, and that employees are supported and aware of the changes. They also need to communicate the benefits of the new technology to stakeholders and anticipate and manage resistance to the change.
What will you do as a Associate/AVP, Change Specialist?

Develop change impact assessments and risk mitigation strategies to guide technology stakeholders on communicating new and changing technologies.

Partner with key technology stakeholders to develop materials required to inform and / or educate the firm and key stakeholders on changes, the implementation of new technologies, or processes.

Support execution plans to ensure adoption of new products and technology.

Support the publication of content across channels (e.g., intranet articles, Yammer posts, SharePoint sites, etc.)

Design and develop materials to support learning such as user guides, instructional videos, training decks, FAQs, and information sites.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

Experience in developing communications that adequately inform and detail changes or new technologies in a meaningful and targeted manner.

Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of change on the organization and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Knowledge and understanding of Change Management methodology.

A fair understanding of project management and how to support project teams from a change management capacity.

Relevant exposure or experience in technology.

A dynamic team player and confident contributor with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude.

Able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
