We use advanced quantitative techniques and cutting-edge technological tools to generate insights that drive outstanding investment outcomes for GIC.
Business Strategy & Management Team
You will be part of the Business Strategy & Management team within the Investment Insights Group (IIG), working at the intersection of enterprise AI, data, product strategy and organizational adoption. The team partners closely with Data Science & Innovation, Technology Group and stakeholders across GIC to scale AI and data capabilities, drive adoption of strategic platforms, and translate emerging technologies into meaningful business outcomes.
AI Product & Experience
Within Business Strategy & Management, the Product Experience role focuses on how employees discover, adopt and get lasting value from GIC’s enterprise AI products. Reporting to the Business Strategist and working closely with AI Product and Project Managers, data scientists and engineers, the role connects product strategy, user enablement and adoption to ensure that AI products are understood, trusted and embedded into day-to-day workflows.
The role owns the end-to-end adoption journey of GIC’s AI products — from onboarding and enablement through to training, communications and the feedback loop that informs product iteration. It brings a strong user-centered perspective to the product process and partners with product managers and design specialists to ensure a coherent, high-quality experience across the portfolio. A working appreciation of UI/UX is important, as the role represents the user’s voice and collaborates on experience decisions — but the emphasis is on driving user adoption and enablement at scale through product playbooks etc.
This is an adoption- and enablement-led role with a strong user-experience lens. Success requires balancing user insight, content creation and stakeholder engagement to turn AI capabilities into confident, self-sufficient usage across GIC.
What will you do as an Associate/AVP Product Experience?
A. Adoption & experience ownership
- Own the end-to-end adoption journey for GIC’s AI products — from first exposure through to sustained, confident usage.
- Represent the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring products are intuitive and fit real workflows.
- Help establish a consistent experience standard across IIG’s product portfolio, partnering with product managers and design specialists rather than ad-hoc, product-by-product approaches.
B. Product enablement & training content
- Produce product enablement assets: playbooks, how-to guides, videos and reference materials.
- Support the AI user engagement series (e.g., Lunch and Learns) and convert sessions into structured e-learning content; support AI product documentation and knowledge management.
- Build a training and content library that keeps pace with product releases and iterations.
C. Adoption feedback loop
- Establish the loop between user experience, training uptake and product iteration — feeding usage and learning insight back to the Product Managers
- Track adoption and experience signals to prioritize enablement and experience improvements.
- Bring people along the journey, feeding product and experience insight back to Product Managers and data scientists.
D. Experience & design collaboration
- Partner with AI Product Managers and design specialists to surface usability gaps and shape experience improvements, contributing a user-centered point of view to interface and interaction decisions.
- Support the consistent application of design and interaction standards across products, working alongside the relevant design owners.
- Translate user needs and adoption insight into clear input for the product and design process.
What does success look like?
Products are measurably easier to adopt and more widely used; the portfolio has a coherent experience standard rather than ad-hoc journeys; users are well-trained and self-sufficient; and there is a working feedback loop between adoption, enablement and product iteration.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
- Experience driving product adoption, user enablement or product experience for digital products, applications or platforms.
- A track record of creating user enablement and learning materials, such as playbooks, tutorials, videos, training programmes or e-learning content.
- A user-centered mindset and working knowledge of UI/UX and usability principles, sufficient to partner effectively with product managers and design specialists and to advocate for the user. Hands-on design experience will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with user research and feedback techniques to inform adoption and product decisions.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams comprising product managers, engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive experiences and engaging learning materials.
- Self-directed and adaptable, with the ability to establish standards, manage multiple priorities and drive improvements in a fast-moving environment.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in product adoption, user enablement, product experience, product management support or a related field.
- Experience with AI, data, analytics or enterprise software products would be advantageous.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and a strong interest in helping users successfully adopt new capabilities.
