We are looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst based on a 1 year contract. This role reports to the IAM Team Lead, and is responsible for defining and managing the roles and access privileges of users working for the enterprise and the circumstances in which they are granted or denied those privileges. IAM forms one of the key functions within Cyber Security, Information, & Technology Risk (CSITR) division of Technology Group.




The IAM analyst drives IAM governance controls, reporting, monitoring, and processes such as access request workflow, provisioning, and termination of access, integration of identity and access management functionality with other applications. The individual is expected to perform the following duties -

  • Attend to access right related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and front internal and external IT audits on access right related areas.
  • Service account and access provisioning/de-provisioning requests raised for system and users.
  • Track and manage access provisioning/de-provisioning and review due to staff movements.
  • Perform review of access roles based on IAM framework and standards as part of IT risk assessment for IT asset and projects.
  • Respond to security incidents.
  • Service Access Roles onboarding and off boarding requests.
  • Perform other IAM related ad hoc duties as assigned.




  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in other related field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience and at least 3 years in the following areas -
    • Windows AD, Windows Exchange, database and UNIX
    • Identity Access Management – provisioning, de-provisioning, certification
  • Knowledge in tools such as BMC Remedy and Control M.
  • Ability to develop SQL scripts to automate SOPs.
  • Ability to effectively engage with technical and executive audiences, hence both oral and written are required.
  • Experience in financial services industry is preferred.
