Enterprise & Data Technology builds and advances the technology that underpins our enterprise and data capabilities. It brings together our core technology and data experts to design and deliver platforms for integration, analytics, and innovation. By combining these strengths into one coordinated group, we create seamless solutions that connect systems, improve data accessibility, and leverage AI at the platform level to enable smarter decision-making. What will you do as the Head of Corporate Technology?
As the Managing Director (MD) of Corporate Technology, you will lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology platforms and services that enable GIC’s corporate functions - including HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities Management, and Communications - to operate efficiently, securely, and with digital excellence. You will:

  • Define and execute the Corporate Technology strategy aligned with GIC’s enterprise technology roadmap and long-term business objectives
  • Be hands-on in technology leadership, engaging directly in solution design, architecture discussions, and key implementation decisions to ensure technical robustness and alignment with enterprise standards
  • Drive digital transformation across corporate functions through automation, data integration, analytics, and user-centric design
  • Oversee enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S4Hana,SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, Anaplan, Coupa, etc) (e.g., HRIS, ERP, document management, collaboration tools, and workflow platforms)
  • Ensure technology governance and compliance, maintaining high standards of cybersecurity, data privacy, and operational resilience
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Functional teams to co-create technology solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with functional priorities
  • Mentor and manage senior leaders and managers-of-managers, developing leadership capability, succession pipelines, and a culture of empowerment and accountability
  • Foster collaboration across Corporate Technology and enterprise Engineering, ensuring alignment on architecture, standards, and delivery practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective, high-value outcomes
  • Champion change management and adoption, ensuring smooth transitions and strong stakeholder engagement during technology rollouts
  • Represent Corporate Technology in enterprise governance forums, influencing decisions on technology investments and priorities
