Cyber Security, Information & Technology Risk Management
You will be a part of an independent risk management function to protect the firm’s information technology assets, including business data, from external threats and operational risks, and to facilitate the firm’s digitalisation journey in a secure manner.
What impact can you make in this role?
You'll play a critical role in this organization by leading the cyber security program management function and collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and functions. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of key cyber security initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
What will you do as Head of Cyber Security Program Management Office (PMO)?
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Cyber Security PMO.
- Align cyber security program objectives with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on cyber security program management.
Program Governance:
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks and processes.
- Ensure cyber security projects comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulations.
- Facilitate decision-making processes related to cyber security investments and priorities.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee the execution of cyber security projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and scope.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage project interdependencies and resource allocation.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with cyber security programs.
- Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Resource Management:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers and cyber security professionals.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage the cyber security program budget and ensure cost-effective delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison between the CSR and business/technology stakeholders.
- Communicate program status, risks, and performance to CSR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Continuous Improvement:
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes within CSR.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned to future initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cyber security program management.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cyber security or information technology, with at least 5 years in a program/project management leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale cyber security or information technology programs and projects.
- Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
