We are hiring a Senior IT Analyst, HR Business Partnering to join our Business Partnership & Solutions team under Technology Group.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Working closely with Human Resource and Organization Department to understand business needs and implement technology solutions
  • Business Analysis

             - Appreciate business needs in order to support business in formulating holistic business requirements

             - Analyze business requirements, interdependencies, risk and benefits to propose solution options

             - Develop technology roadmap to digitalize tools and processes

 

  • Project and Operations Management

             - Assist in defining project objectives, scope, benefits and plan

             - Estimate project effort and timeline

             - Assist in planning and implementation of projects

             - Develop / assist in developing a detailed project plan

             - Manage / assist in managing projects

             - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

             - Verify solution proposed by vendor to ensure that it is feasible, will meet business needs and the proposed cost is reasonable

             - Measure project performance, report and escalate to management as needed

             - Work across teams and departments to solve problems and implement changes

             - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation

             - Participate in regular IT Steering Committee meetings

             - Manage application maintenance and support

 

  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management

             - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors

             - Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas

             - Appreciate change management and know when to use it

             - Manage outsourced vendors

 

Requirements

 

  • With Bachelor's Degree preferably from a in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • With 5 to 8 years of relevant technology experience in gathering requirements, developing and implement solutions to end users, preferably in finance services or asset management industry.
  • Familiar in leading a team to implement and execute Human Resource projects and solutions (intranet mobile apps, social collaboration apps, content management systems, website design, development, security hardening, digital marketing and google analytics).
  • Technical skillsets including PHP, HTML, CSS, javascript, mobile/web development technologies, desktop programming (VBA), tableau, successfactors.
  • Equipped with experience in working with functional teams across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and certifications such as PMP, ITIL, and qualifications such as CFA or MFE.
  • Understand HR business domain and processes, ability to partner and drive solutions with business.
  • Strong communicator with problem-solving skills, proven project, stakeholder and vendor management experience.
  • Ability to do quick prototyping to translate ideas into solutions.
