We experiment, design, and lead a 24×7 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. We deliver secure, reliable, and integrated solutions, and provide insights on new, and emerging technologies.
What impact can you make in this role?
You will play a key role by providing strategic partnership, and innovative technology solutions that supports GIC’s vision of being a tech-driven, global, long-term investment firm. The change management team lead is responsible for leading the change management function to ensure that enterprise-wide tech changes and new technologies transition smoothly and are embedded effectively into GIC’s systems and processes, minimising disruption and increasing adoption.
What will you do as a VP, Change Management Lead?
- Lead and manage multiple enterprise-wide technology change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and focus on deliverables, timelines, and quality.
- Lead the change management function and develop the team’s capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across various business units and seniority levels.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Create effective communication plans and materials to address a variety of stakeholders.
- Manage learning aspects of change projects to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, tools, or processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate feedback for better outcomes.
- Develop tools, templates, and approaches to standardize and improve change processes.
What makes you a successful candidate?
- A minimum of 10+ years of working experience, with a track record in a change management role and people management
- Proven experience leading multiple enterprise-wide technology change initiatives.
- Fluency in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with hands-on experience conducting change impact assessments, developing strategies, and executing plans.
- Strong ability to build and maintain stakeholder trust and nurture relationships.
- Effective written and oral communication skills to address a variety of audiences.
- Ability to drive progress, operating effectively in a dynamic environment, balancing tactical and strategic needs.
- Experience fostering change capabilities and creating scalable tools, templates, and processes.
