We are looking for a suitable candidate for the role for an
VP, Identity and Access Management Operations Lead. This role reports to the Head, Enterprise Security operations within TG, and is responsible to manage GIC identity and access management programs and operations


Responsibilities

 

  • Drive initiatives to enhance, centralize and automate Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.
  • Manage operational issues and escalations and IAM Program for the Enterprise.
  • Enforce robust Identity and Access Governance processes for the Enterprise.
  • Ensure strong compliance to GIC’s information security policies and standards.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships to establish project expectations and priorities in delivering the IAM Program.
  • Define IAM metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) to measure operational excellence, and achieving current key business objectives.
  • Manage vendors and ensure services are delivered and issues resolved within service level agreements.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the current IAM processes and ensure all operations, escalation procedures, workflows and tasks are well-documented.
  • Establish a culture of collaboration and excellence within security operations.
  • Evaluate as part of continuous improvement, best practices for IAM; Keep up to date with industry trends and breaking news that may be relevant, especially relating to our existing or future investments in cybersecurity.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience preferably in financial services or asset management industries
  • Professional qualification such as PMP, SANS or ISACA will be advantageous.
  • 3 to 5 years of management or team lead experience in cybersecurity is a preference.
  • Technical experience across multiple information technology areas such as identity and access, authentication technologies, enterprise architecture
  • Experience in use of cybersecurity products such as privileged access management, identity security technologies, single sign-on (SSO) or zero trust security (Preferred)
  • Be a good team leader and excellent communicator with both non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Desire to work in a diverse environment interacting with various teams and functions to support strategic goals.
  • Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset with intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and proactive solutions.
  • Strong communications, both written and verbal with the ability to present control topics to a broad audience.
  • Self-initiated, meticulous, versatile, analytical and inquisitive.
  • Desire to work in a diverse environment interacting with various teams and functions to support strategic goals.
