The Human Resource & Organization Department champions the people agenda for GIC. We invest in talent and organization development, to maximize potential of our people for long term sustainable performance. We are organized by strategic HR domains and work in partnership with business groups to manage talent and build impactful teams. Our HR domains are: Performance & Rewards, Talent & Organization, GIC School, Talent Acquisition, Graduate Recruitment, HR Business Partnership, People Operations Advisory and People Analytics & Solutions.


We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as Vice President, Employer Branding. 




  • Drive the development of the GIC employer brand, through well-crafted and innovative brand messaging, strategies, initiatives and execution plans
  • Develop a digital strategy to reach prospective hires by role categories, geographies, candidate profiles
  • Conceptualize and execute targeted branding and recruitment campaigns (physical & digital), in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Graduate Recruitment teams
  • Managing recruitment campaigns for Asia, Europe and Americas, through an assortment of media, including but not limited to print, websites, EDMs and social media.
  • Manage third party brand agencies and related vendors
  • Facilitate change management and communication to internal employees on key HR-related initiatives
  • To be the subject matter expertise for employer branding in terms of best practices and execution strategies



  • At least 8 years relevant experience in employer branding, communications or marketing
  • Direct experience in HR is not required
  • Ability to think strategically, analyse issues and recommend appropriate communication strategies and actions
  • Mature, driven and resourceful in delivering innovative branding and talent attraction solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and change management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different levels in the firm to foster relationships and influence outcomes
  • Strong ideation capability with a passion for creative ideas
  • Good understanding of social media mechanics and nuances – analysis metrics, target audience, artwork requirements, etc.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe creative suite – Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects.
