Human Resources & Organization

 

You will be part of the Talent & Organization unit within the HR & Organization Department, and will be responsible for supporting Management and the Board on talent and organization planning and initiatives. You will support a team whose key mandates include talent management, succession planning, executive engagement and development, employee engagement, leadership appointment and development, and organization values and culture.


Responsibilities 

  • Develop the enterprise talent strategy in support of GIC business strategy, and the corresponding HR workplans
  • Drive succession planning for GIC critical roles, and develop plans to strengthen and sustain talent bench and pipeline
  • Design and organize senior executive engagements and forums
  • Manage senior leadership selection, appointment, assessment and development
  • Conceptualize and develop new talent solutions, frameworks, tools to build and sustain a high performing workforce
  • Strengthen the GIC culture and internalization of values as a competitive advantage
  • Develop an inclusion framework for attracting, retaining and developing talent
  • Provide thought leadership on Talent Management, Organization Values and Culture, Leadership, and Employee Engagement

 

Requirements  

  • At least 10 years of relevant HR or organizational development experience ideally gained in industry-leading organizations
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing talent/human capital strategy, processes and programmes
  • Ability to think strategically, analyse issues and recommend appropriate course of actions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence a senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and commitment for actions  
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different levels within HR and in the firm to foster relationships and influence outcomes
  • Mature, driven and resourceful in delivering robust and proactive HR service in a fast-paced and high-involvement environment
